I want to thank you and acknowledge the excellent customer service that Midwest has provided me. While traveling on a long distance trip with my Limo, we encountered a control problem with the Crestron. Kenny immediately got the ball rolling to replace the electronics pre-installed with our custom control software and arranged for Travis to overnight the parts to our hotel. We traded out the box, and immediately fixed the problem. I was very impressed with the expediency and the professional manner by which the team conducted itself. As you know this is my second Midwest Limo and I’m sure we’ll be designing a third sometime in the near future.
